Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 7 days of delivery at 440-253-9150. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Many of the items that are sold on come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact us and we will tell you if that item has an warranty or not.


We only accept returns on products that are defective or not the correct product that was ordered. So please buy carefully. We will work with you to the best of our abilities to make sure that you have a great expereince with us.

To return any item please contact us and we will give you an RMA number and information on where to return the item. Without this infomation the item will not be processed and you will not get the correct item, replacement item or a refund.
